Cancel/Change Orders

To ensure production and shipment is not delayed, orders will be processed once placed. Therefore you are able to cancel/change your order within 24 hours of placing your order for any reason. Out of the given timeframe, we will not be able to free cancel/changing any more. If your order is shipped out, we cannot make any change/cancel on your order anymore. however you can submit a request to cancel/change your order.
